Shipments and Returns

The delivery dates are not fixed since our products are handcrafted and many of them are manufactured under order. In case the shipment needs to be delivered on a specific date, please indicate it when placing the order.

Satisfaction or return

If customer is not satisfied by the product, the maximum time to request return is 7 natural days since receipt of product. In this case, delivery and return fees will be paid by the customer.

Before that, the customer must contact our sales department during the above mentioned period of time through e-mail, or telephone +34 669114804 and we will inform you how to proceed with the return. No return will be done if it has not been communicated previously.

To admit a product return, both product and packaging must be in perfect conditions, as well as all accessories and original documentation. The product to be returned will have to be perfectly packed.

IMPORTANT: will not refund nor do any re-shipment until product has not been received and checked its status, packaging and accessories.

The refund price is the same as it originally was in the order and we will proceed to refund it according to the payment methode used by customer.

Defective product from origin:

Once receives the defective product, another one will be shipped. In this case, the exchange will be made by the same article or reference. Only the first shipment will be invoiced. will take care of the fee corresponding to the exchange and new shipment. If you wish to exchange it by other product, the return expenses and the new shipment will NOT be paid by

Wrong shipment, does not correspond to the order: will paid all the picking up and delivery expenses. 

In case of gift:

It can be exchanged if it has not been opened and it is in perfect conditions. We will never refund its total amount, but it could be excanged by another product of the same price or above. The shipment fees and the price difference, in case there is any, will be paid by the customer.
