This ornamental gladius is a Mainz type one, the blade is made in EN45 steel and the grip, guard and pommel are made in hardwood. The scabbard is made in wood and leather, with a brass hanging structure.
This scabbard is decorated with medaillos with the image of emperors Augustus and Tiberius.
