Roman short sword, this model from the Ist century is situated between the Mainz type and the Pompei type. The blade has some characteristics from both types, parallel sides like the Pompei and long point like the Mainz.
Blade in steel, guard, grip and pommel in wood and bone. Scabbard in leather covered wood, with brass decoration. Baldric included.
